Our Story

From Mexico to Your Town

Marco & Elena left home in 2018 chasing a dream. In 2020, they built a food truck. This is how it happened.

Marco grew up in his grandmother's kitchen in central Mexico, where the tortillas were pressed by hand every morning and the salsas had names passed down three generations. Elena learned to cook from her mother in a family that ran a small street-food stand for 22 years.

When they moved to Your Town in 2018, they missed those flavors so much they started cooking them at home — and then for friends — and then for friends-of-friends. The line at their driveway got long enough that in 2020 they bought a used food truck, repainted it orange, and parked it on Main Street.

Five years later, there's a permanent location in town, a second truck at a second location, and a summer spot at a nearby campground in region. The tortillas are still pressed by hand every morning. The salsas still have their names. And the brisket? Slow-cooked for 12 hours the way Marco's grandmother did it.

This is Mexican food the way it's supposed to be. Made by family, for family.
